Maika`i Firm Tofu, 1 Block (12 Ounces)
Noh's Poke Packet, 1 Packet
Sesame Oil, 2 Ounces
Aloha Shoyu, 1 Tablespoon
Sea Asparagus, 1/2 Cup
Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 block (12 oz) Maika`i Tofu (firm)
  • 1 Noh's poke packet
  • 2 oz sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Aloha Shoyu
  • 1/2 cup (plucked) sea asparagus

 

Directions

  1. Take tofu, pat dry, wrap in paper towel and weigh it down to remove excess liquid. Weigh down for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut tofu into 3 strips.
  3. Pan fry tofu pieces on all four sides until golden brown, you can use any kind of oil you have.
  4. After cooling the tofu down, cut into 1/4" or 1/2" pieces.
  5. Mix 1/4 of the ogo and 1/2 a teaspoon of the salt mix (follow instructions on label to hydrate the ogo).
  6. Place cut tofu in a mixing bowl and add in the Noh's poke packet, sesame oil, aloha shoyu, and sea asparagus.
  7. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
